Calculators and the dosing reference
The calculators on this site convert between units — milligrams, millilitres, micrograms, and insulin units — using figures you enter. They do not originate a dose, do not check whether a dose is sensible, and cannot tell you that a number you typed is wrong. A result is only as good as its inputs.
The dosing reference reproduces published ranges alongside the strength of the evidence behind each. Most entries rest on animal data or on reported practice rather than any human study, and the page says which. A range appearing there is not a recommendation.

Accuracy
