Vial sizes and starting volume
Epitalon is commonly supplied in 10 mg and 20 mg vials. The calculator opens on a 10 mg vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water — a starting point for the arithmetic, not a recommendation. Change either and everything recalculates.
That combination gives 5 mg/mL, so one insulin unit holds 50 mcg.
